Shells and tile sets are virtual items for use inside Tokami only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred. We may change how they are earned, priced or used as the game evolves.
Your games, shells and tile sets are stored in your browser on this device. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers or switching devices will lose them, and we cannot restore them.
The game, its artwork, names and code belong to Hike-a-tale. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond playing the game.
Tokami is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Hike-a-tale is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.

The game saves your games in progress, shells, tile sets, settings and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how Tokami is played. It sets cookies (such as _ga) and sends Google usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and game events such as the mode, tile sets, scores and length of a game. We use this only to improve the game. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded.

The game loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
Tokami has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email or payment details. We don't sell your data.
